1. Raw Material Mining
The first step in the production process is to mine raw materials from mines or other resources, such as iron ore, manganese ore, silicon ore, etc. These raw materials are the basis for smelting.
2. Ore crushing and crushing
Mined ore usually needs to go through a crushing and pulverizing process to turn it into the right particle size for subsequent processing.
3. Ore smelting
Ore powder or granules are put into a high-temperature smelting furnace. During this process, metal and other useful components are separated from the ore to form metal alloys.
4. Cooling and solidification of alloy
After smelting, the alloy is cooled to encourage solidification. This may involve pouring the alloy into solid blocks or other shapes.
5. Synthetic crushing and processing
The solidified alloy is broken into the required particle size and may then be further processed to meet different specifications.
6. Quality Control
Throughout the production process, quality control procedures will be ongoing to ensure that products comply with relevant standards and specifications.
7. Product packaging
The final smelted material is packed into suitable packaging for easy storage and transportation.
8. Warehousing and Logistics
Finished goods are typically stored in warehouses and then distributed and delivered according to customer order requirements. Logistics management plays a key role to ensure timely delivery.
